The Winnipeg Apartments are nearing completion of construction. These innovative ‘green’ buildings are really starting to take shape. The roofs are going on and the brick siding is about 60% complete. The windows will be going in next week and then much of the work will be focused on the internal parts of the buildings.

The really good news is that we are on budget and on schedule. We are anticipating occupancy starting in December of 2008. Next time you are in St. Paul, take a drive over to Winnipeg Avenue and Rice Street to see our latest additions to our portfolio.
